About Tuition & Fees

2024-2025 Tuition & Fees

Financial Aid Opportunity:

Every WGCS family is eligible to apply for financial aid via the FACTS Tuition Management System. The deadline for the application is March 15.

By May 1st, families shall confirm the acceptance of the financial aid to keep the award.

Tuition Information for Enrolled Families:

There are two (2) types of payment accounts that need to be set up: TUITION and INCIDENTALS.

FACTS Tuition Management System:

FACTS is the collection company that Willow Glen uses to receive tuition payments. FACTS is also used to collect other incidental payments (such as Extended Day Program (EDP), food pantry items (lunch, snack, water), and potential registration or activity fees) throughout the school year.

If a tuition bill is being paid in full, it can be paid directly to the school via a check endorsed to WGCS or through FACTS by selecting the one-time payment option for tuition.  Even if tuition is paid in full, both a Tuition and Incidentals account still need to be set up in FACTS.

How to Set Up a FACTS Account:

  • Click here for the FACTS link and follow these steps to set up an account.
  • You will be asked for bank and account information to be used for automatic withdrawals.
  • Choose how many payments you want to make: 1 payment in full, 2 payments (August and January), 10 monthly payments (August – May), or 12 monthly payments (August – July).
  • Choose which day of the month you wish to have the payment withdrawn. The options are the 1st, 10th, or 20th of each month.
